Aircraft Fleet
Astraeus operates a fleet of modern Boeing 737 and 757 aircraft.
The 737, built by the Boeing Airplane Company in Seattle, is the best-selling jetliner of all time - since production commenced, in 1967, it has done more to make air travel available to more people than any other aeroplane. The worldwide 737 fleet has carried the equivalent of the world's population - about 6.1 billion passengers.
The 757 aircraft, manufactured at the Boeing Company's Renton facility, incorporates all the key facets of modern Boeing aircraft: advanced technology for exceptional fuel efficiency, low noise levels, increased passenger comfort and top operating performance. Over 1,000 Boeing 757 aircraft have been produced, whilst the unique performance of this aircraft has resulted in its popularity amongst short, medium and long-haul operators worldwide.

Boeing 737-700
Astraeus' 737-700s are the "third generation" of this popular aircraft and are amongst the newest aircraft operated by UK charter airlines.
The aircraft seat 148 passengers in a 3 x 3 configuration.
Please note that there is no in-flight entertainment available on flights operated by the 737. Passengers are welcome to bring their own portable DVD, mp3, iPod, walkman or other systems for use aboard once the seat-belt sign has been switched off, provided that these do not receive or send transmissions during the flight.
The aircraft is operated by two pilots (Captain and First Officer) and a complement of between three and five cabin crew.
Boeing 757-200
The 757 aircraft is also built by Boeing. For added passenger comfort, Astraeus' aircraft are configured with only 201 seats versus the usual 233 on identical aircraft flown by its competitors.
This means that seat pitch in the main cabin is a minimum of 31 inches, equivalent to long-haul scheduled airline standards and significantly greater than the 28 inch seat pitch found on other 757s. In the forward , Star Class premium, seat pitch is 36 inches. All aspects of bookings or seating, concerning the Astraeus Star Class, must be made through your operator.
The aircraft are equipped with both audio and video in-flight entertainment systems.
Each aircraft is configured in a six abreast layout (3 x 3), with each flight being operated by two flight deck crew and between five and seven cabin attendants.
