Special assistance
Astraeus is pleased to assist in making approriate arrangements for the provision of assistance for passengers with special needs.
Wheelchair All relavent passengers must contact their tour operator or the Astraeus Customer Services department so that we can ensure the most appropriate assistance is in place. You must include the following information:

WCHR- I require assistance to and from the aircraft but can manage steps.

WCHS- I require assistance to and from aircraft and up steps, but can slowly make my way to my seat.

WCHC- I require lifting assistance all the way to and from my seat.
Pregnancy Mothers-to-be are accepted for boarding on Astraeus flights up to the 34th week of their pregnancy. Passengers that wish to fly between the 28th and 34th week of the pregnancy must have a GP's letter confirming stage of pregnancy and that you are fit to fly. This is to be presented at both outbound and inbound check-ins.

Partially Sighted passengers are asked to notify their tour operator of their current situation. If such passengers could make themselves known at the gate; so that they can be pre-boarded.
Plaster Casts All plasters must have been in place for at least 24hrs prior to travel and must be loosely fitted to allow swelling that may occur from aircraft pressurisation.
Passengers that are unable to bend their knee as a result, are required to have an additional seat booked. You must refer to your operator for further information.
Skycots Presently, Astraeus does not offer skycots or bassinettes on our aircraft.
Unaccompanied Minors Astraeus accepts unaccompanied children aged between 6 and 12 years old for carriage if pre-booked. A payment of £25 GBP for the round trip, must be made through our Customer Services department.
Young Persons (12-18yrs) may be accepted for boarding with prior notification to Astraeus Customer Services, at no extra cost.
